General Policies

Booking & Payment

  • Standard (15+ days) — 50% deposit at booking, remaining 50% due 14 days before event, production begins after balance received

  • Rush (8–14 days) — 100% full payment + $25 rush fee due at booking, no payment plan

    • Not available for shipped orders.

  • Under 7 days — not accepted, no exceptions

Owner reserves the right to refuse a booking if timing and complexity is not favorable to a quality product.

Changes & Adjustments

  • Date changes are subject to availability. Rebooking fees start at $15 and increase based on notice and production stage.

  • Once booked, reductions in quantity/design may not reduce the final invoice if production capacity has been reserved.

  • Final pricing is based on approved design scope. Changes may require movement to a higher tier.

Pickup, Delivery & Shipping

  • Late pickups may affect quality and timing and are the responsibility of the client. If more that 1hr late to pick-up and re-scheduling fee may be applicable.

  • Delivery requires an available recipient during the scheduled window. Reattempts may incur fees. Free Delivery within 20 miles of Headquarters in zip code 87120.

  • Shipping

    • Perry Sugar Studio is pleased to offer shipping on select orders. All shipped orders must be placed a minimum of 15 days in advance to allow for production and transit time. Shipping is available within the contiguous United States.

      All shipped orders include heat sealing as a standard requirement to protect freshness and quality during transit. Once an order leaves our studio, transit conditions are outside our control. Perry Sugar Studio is not responsible for delays, damage, or quality changes caused by carrier handling or extended transit times.

      Shipping costs are calculated based on order size and destination and will be provided at the time of invoicing.

Packaging & Presentation

Standard packaging is included and selected based on event needs.

  • Dessert table orders are typically arranged tray-style or boxed for immediate serving with self-seal packaging.

  • Favor or takeaway orders are typically individually packaged for easy guest distribution.

  • Perry Sugar Studio will select the most suitable standard presentation unless a preference is requested.

Custom or upgraded packaging requests such as ribbons, tags, specialty boxes, labeled favors, or multi-piece assemblies may incur an additional fee.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations within 14 days forfeit all payments.

  • Due to the custom and perishable nature of products, refunds are not issued for cancellations, change of mind, or subjective preferences after pickup/delivery.

  • If Perry Sugar Studio is unable to fulfill an order, payments made will be refunded or transferred to a future date.

  • If there is a material issue caused by seller error, an appropriate remedy may include partial refund, remake, or store credit at seller discretion.
